Get to know Thomas

Thomas is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. He holds one of the most recognized certifications given in the United States with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has over eight years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry-changing lives all over the country. Thomas has conducted business in several cities around the United States, including, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and now, Charleston. This has given Thomas the experience to work with a wide variety of clients from all age groups and body types. Thomas believes in being relevant to his work and is always looking to bring new and exciting information to each of his clients. He strives to provide accurate and scientific knowledge in order for his clients to succeed in and outside of the gym.
