Get to know JP

JP is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and received his Master’s of Sports Science in Sport Fitness & Health from the United States Sports Academy. From his studies, JP has advanced knowledge in diet and nutrition and how it affects human performance. JP has worked as a fitness trainer for over 14 years. He has worked with people of various fitness levels, ranging from severely obese clients to elite athletes.

As a Just You Fitness trainer, he specializes in weight loss, strength training, sport specific training, and nutrition. His goals are to motivate and educate people beyond limits they even thought were possible. He believes that his clients can do anything they put their mind to. He wants his clients walking away each day knowing the physical as well as mental benefits of overall fitness.

Sarah Dean

Sarah has a deep connection to being of service for others. She found the world of fitness and movement as her way to relieve the chronic pain that was emerging in the body from misalignments and “bad” posture as well as repetitive motions all day from her previous career in the Cosmetology industry. Fast forward to this point in her life, she is fully submerged in strengthening, mobility and safe functional movement training. She has an extensive background in Yoga, certified in the Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Buti yoga modalities.

She studied with the NCCA Personal training course as well as is currently studying to be a board certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. You will find that Sarah weaves a unique combination of body work, as well as a psycho spiritual aspect throughout the time you spend together, realizing that we are more than only the physical body leaving you grounded, centered and refreshed.

My mission is to help busy, hard-working people get the body they’ve always wanted, without spending countless hours in the gym or eating strict, unsatisfying diets. I strive to provide enjoyable and sustainable training and nutrition plans that the average 9-5er can accomplish without feeling like they are wasting their time.

Get to know Colin

I am a US Army Veteran and spent my time in the Army as a Cavalry Scout Paratrooper. Before the Army, I played 4 years of college baseball while also receiving my bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management. I’ve been training my entire life and grew up training with world class athletes and coaches. Growing up in that atmosphere allowed me to gain a considerable amount of valuable knowledge that I am excited to share with you.

I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege, but incredibly rewarding. Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyable, not dreaded.

As a fully qualified and accredited ISSA Personal Trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that proper fitness and nutrition bring to all areas of our lives.

John worked in the manufacturing field as a machinist before he decided to follow through on his passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer. He has trained for over five years and has worked with a wide range of clients from athletes to post rehab patients. No matter what your experience level John will work to help you to achieve your desired goal.
